Summerlin
The value of your home lies not in its foundation, but in the foundation of the community in which it lies. Nowhere in Las Vegas will you find a stronger community than Summerlin. Summerlin’s rich collection of amenities is not merely a promise for the future found at so many other communities in the Las Vegas Valley; it is already here.

When you consider the 150-mile trail network, 150 neighborhood parks, wide variety of free community events and activities, schools, restaurants, shopping centers, entertainment venues and more, you’ll quickly discover that Summerlin provides more inherent lifestyle value than any other location in Las Vegas.

Come explore the 22,500 acres that Summerlin call homes and discover why this community is the most sought-after destination for living in Las Vegas. You might find less expensive homes elsewhere, but you will not find a higher standard of living anywhere.

Today. Tomorrow. Forever. This is home.

Fall in love with one of more than two dozen home floor plans during “Home is Where the Heart Is,” a month-long celebration featuring a variety of grand-opening events and special builder incentives for all actively selling neighborhoods in Summerlin West. Events and incentives are listed on www.SummerlinGrandOpening.com. Select the incentives, which vary by neighborhood, that include a gourmet kitchen package, plantation shutters, stainless-steel appliances, backyard landscaping and more.

Eight neighborhoods are participating in the promotion, including Summerlin’s newest neighborhood, Andalusia by Lennar and Woodside Homes. Andalusia, located in The Paseos village, features six home floor plans ranging from 2,986 to 3,864 square feet with prices starting in the mid-$300,000s. Also located in The Paseos is Barcelona by Toll Brothers. Barcelona features two home floor plans ranging from 3,393 to 3,607 square feet with prices starting in the mid-$300,000s. The Paseos features hacienda-style architectural accents, abundant walking trails and The Paseos Park, a 12-acre community park that is home to soccer and tee-ball fields, basketball and volleyball courts, an interactive water feature, playgrounds and picnic areas.

Immediately east of The Paseos is The Vistas village, a quaint European-influenced village that is home to the Vista Commons shopping center, Linda Givens Elementary School, walking trails and three community parks, including The Vistas Community Park, a 25-acre park with softball and football fields, basketball and tennis courts, playgrounds and picnic areas. Kingwood Crest by KB Home, the final neighborhood selling in The Vistas, offers four two-story home floor plans ranging from 2,075 to 2,712 square feet with prices starting in the low $200,000s.

Sixteen new home floor plans are available in Summerlin Centre West, located south of The Vistas village. West Park Villas and West Park Courtyards by William Lyon Homes feature attached courtyard-style housing options that range from 1,556 to 2,452 square feet with prices starting in the mid-$100,000s. Traccia by Toll Brothers offers four home floor plans ranging from 1,660 to 1,950 square feet with prices starting in the low $200,000s. Villa Trieste at West Park by Pulte Homes, Nevada’s first LEED-certified neighborhood, features four home floor plans that range from 1,487 to 1,777 square feet with prices starting in the mid-$100,000s. Summerlin Centre West is home to the West Career and Technical Academy, a public high school offering a specialized curriculum in health and environmental services, and the future Sagemont Park.

“With so many options, homebuyers are sure to fall in love with one of Summerlin’s beautiful new homes,” says Peggy Chandler, senior vice president of community development for The Howard Hughes Corporation, the developer of Summerlin. “And what’s not to love about Summerlin? The trails, parks, schools, tree-lined streets, restaurants, retail and office centers and other amenities make Summerlin a very loveable and livable community.”
