— GLENBROOK ESTATES
An all-new collection of D.R. Horton homes, Glenbrook Estates is located in the southeastern part of the valley on Starr Boulevard, between Las Vegas Boulevard and Bermuda. — MOUNTAIN’S EDGE
Mountain’s Edge is one of the newest master-planned communities in the Las Vegas Valley. Developed by the Focus Group, one of the most respected developers in the area, Mountain’s Edge blends the character of the desert and the Old West with the luxuries of modern living. There are more than 3,500 acres dedicated to this community.

— RHODES RANCH
This master-planned golf community is located in the southwestern region of the valley just off of the I-215 freeway and includes eight subdivisions. From luxury golf-course homes to condos, Rhodes Ranch has housing options to fit every need.

— SIENA
The Tuscan-themed Siena is an upscale 665-acre guard-gated golf retirement community in the southwest section of Summerlin. Meandering through the neighborhoods are walking paths with gorgeous landscaping and soothing water features that give it a rustic, Mediterranean feel. Homes in Siena have 17 distinctive floor plans ranging from 1,040 to 3,100 square feet, and more than one-third of the homes overlook the Siena Golf Course and Lake Siena with its cascading waterfalls.

— SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS
Southern Highlands is a master-planned community divided into two districts: The Estates and The Villages. The Estates is a gated community with custom-built homes settled on magnificent half-acre to two-acre lots nestled along the 220-acre Southern Highlands Private Golf Club. The Villages of Southern Highland have tree-lined streets, which lead to dozens of great family neighborhoods with condos and homes priced from the mid-$250,000s to more than $1 million.

WEST/NORTHWEST VALLEY
The master-planned community of Summerlin is most associated with the northwestern section of Las Vegas. The area now has grown to include many more neighborhoods, providing a rich array of residential and retail choices. There are also condos, age-restricted communities and high-end custom homes. Neighborhoods located in the northwestern valley include the following.

— CANYON GATE
Avid golfers love living in Canyon Gate, a beautiful guard-gated golf course community just west of the Las Vegas Strip. Featuring custom homes, luxury condos and upscale tract homes in a lush and secluded setting, Canyon Gate is set against a backdrop of the Red Rock Mountains. Designed with the views in mind, the Canyon Gate Golf Course was designed so many of the homes and condos lining the fairways have some of the most scenic vistas in the valley.

— CENTENNIAL HILLS
Just a 10-minute drive north of Summerlin on the I-215 freeway (the beltway), Centennial Hills is one of the fastest growing areas in the Las Vegas Valley. With the beltway circling the area and the I-95 running through it, Centennial Hills is only 20 minutes from the northern end of the Strip and another 5–10 minutes from McCarran International Airport. In addition to the conveniences of the Strip, residents enjoy Centennial Hills because of the proximity to the outdoor lifestyle. At the northwestern edge of the desert, many community residents go four wheeling and off-roading. Plus, this area is only a half hour from the ski slopes at Mount Charleston.

— DESERT SHORES
Desert Shores is a master-planned community that revolves around its manmade lakes. Many of the Desert Shores homes are situated on the water or have a view of the water. With nearly 700 acres and 3,300 homes in Desert Shores, there is never a shortage of residents enjoying the lakes.

— ELKHORN SPRINGS
Located in the far Northwest part of the Las Vegas Valley close to Mount Charleston and the ski resorts, Elkhorn Springs is an intimate community of only 500 homes with affordable prices that offer excellent value for first-time homebuyers and large families on a budget. Considered a remote area, land prices are low enough that developers can charge less for quality homes on larger lots than other areas of Las Vegas and Henderson. Residents also have the option a membership at the Elkhorn Golf Club, an18-hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., with a teaching center, two practice facilities and a 16,000-square-foot clubhouse.

— EMERSON
Location is key in the new development of Emerson. In the beautiful Providence master-planned area in the northwestern valley, the innovative and luxurious new three-bedroom, and two-and-a-half-bath plans that are receptive to what people are looking for today.
